Full disclosure: We didn't actually get to use their service. However, I still wanted to give them props and kudos for a few reasons. 1. The lady that answered my call to schedule was exceptionally polite and eager. 2. The scheduling AND cancelation processes were extremely easy. 3. Even though I had to cancel, the ones answering calls were courteous, polite, and kind. If you're going to run a small business, taking notes from people like them would be extremely helpful. EVERYTHING in the customer experience needs to be above average, even cancelation. Kudos ladies, and best wishes in your business endeavors.
